Texas High School Football - Wylie East crushes North Garland

September 26, 2025: Garland, TX 75042

Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host North Garland Raiders (Garland, TX), 47-14 in a league test.

The Raiders now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sachse for a 6A Region II District 9 test on Friday, October 3. Wylie East will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 17-14 league win over Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.

With the defeat, North Garland drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Sachse (Sachse, TX) to meet the Mustangs in a 6A Region II District 9 challenge on Thursday, October 9. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 3-2.
