California High School Football - Las Plumas nudges Shasta

September 26, 2025: Redding, CA 96001

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Las Plumas Thunderbirds football squad scored a close 14-7 triumph over the Shasta Wolves.

The Thunderbirds (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Lassen (Susanville, CA). The Grizzlies come into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Lassen was nudged by Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA), 17-7, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Wolves play the Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA) in a battle, on Friday, October 10. Shasta will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
