September 27, 2024: Burlington, IA 52601 The North Scott Lancers walloped the host Burlington Grayhounds football team by a score of 38-0 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Lancers face the Xavier Saints (Cedar Rapids, IA) in a 4A District 3 challenge, on Friday, October 4. North Scott will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Saints enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 56-0 league win over Clinton (Clinton, IA).
The Grayhounds (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA). The Clippers enter the 4A District 3 challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Clear Creek-Amana bounced Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, IA), 32-13, in a league challenge.
