Nebraska High School Volleyball - Maxwell over Sandhills Valley

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Maxwell Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Sandhills Valley Mavericks.

The Wildcats (10-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Anselmo-Merna (Merna, NE). The Coyotes enter the non-league challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Anselmo-Merna beat Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mavericks meet the Twin Loup Wolves (Sargent, NE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 27. Sandhills Valley will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Wolves go into the test with a 2-14 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Palmer (Palmer, NE).
