Texas High School Volleyball - Benbrook overwhelmed by Stephenville
September 28, 2021: Stephenville, TX 76401 In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Benbrook Bobcats.
The Yellow Jackets/Honeybees (21-10) will now prepare for their battle against Glen Rose (Glen Rose, TX). The Tigers come into the 4A Region I District 6 battle with a 19-9 record. In their last battle, Glen Rose achieved victory over Lampasas (Lampasas, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Bobcats encounter the Carter-Riverside Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a 4A Region I District 8 battle, on Friday, October 1. Benbrook will attempt to advance on its 21-8 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 4-16 record after their 3-0 league win over Eastern Hills (Fort Worth, TX).
