Missouri High School Soccer - Christian Brothers nudges Marquette
September 29, 2025: Chesterfield, MO 63017 In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Christian Brothers Cadets soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Marquette Mustangs.
The Cadets (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against De Smet Jesuit (St. Louis, MO). The Spartans enter the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, De Smet Jesuit was edged by Rockwood Summit (Fenton, MO), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Webster Groves for a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. Marquette will clash with a Statesmen team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Oakville (St. Louis, MO). The Statesmen record now stands at 1-5.
