The Galax Maroon Tide edged the visiting Giles Spartans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Maroon Tide play the George Wythe Maroons (Wytheville, VA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, October 2. Galax will attempt to better on its 12-1 season record. The Maroons come into the outing with a 6-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Narrows (Narrows, VA).
