In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Covenant Day Lions volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Charlotte Christian Knights.

The Lions (8-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC). The Knights come into the NCISAA Charlotte Independent Schools Athletic challenge with a 11-8 record. In their last challenge, Charlotte Christian lost by Covenant Day (Matthews, NC), 3-1, in a league challenge.
