California High School Flag Football - Deer Valley thwarted by Alameda
September 4, 2024: Antioch, CA 94531 Alameda Hornets (Alameda, CA) followers went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Deer Valley Wolverines (Antioch, CA), 14-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Alameda advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Hornets host San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA) to play the Wolves in a non-league battle on Monday, September 9. The Wolves go into the battle with a record of 1-3. San Ramon Valley lost 12-6 in their recent non-league battle against Liberty (Brentwood, CA)
The Wolverines now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Dublin for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 18.
