September 4, 2025: Upton, WY 82730 Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Upton/Sundance Bobcats (Upton, WY), 8-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Natrona County advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Rock Springs (Rock Springs, WY) to play the TIGERS in a 4A match on Friday, September 5. The TIGERS come into the match with a record of 0-1. Rock Springs lost 32-6 in their recent league match against Central (Cheyenne, WY)
Coming up next, the Bobcats confront the Newcastle Dogies (Newcastle, WY) in a 2A East match, on Thursday, September 11. Upton/Sundance will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Dogies come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 34-8 non-league loss to Buffalo (Buffalo, WY).
