The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN) and the host Griffith Panthers (Griffith, IN), observed Lowell's volleyball team gain a win over Griffith by a final score of 2-0.

The Red Devils (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Hobart (Hobart, IN). The Brickies come into the Northwest Crossroads battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Hobart lost by Merrillville (Merrillville, IN), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
