Georgia High School Football - Lassiter holds off Cherokee
September 5, 2024: Marietta, GA 30066 The Lassiter Trojans football squad scored 23 points and limited the visiting Cherokee Warriors to 21 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Trojans now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host River Ridge for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12.
With the defeat, Cherokee drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Woodstock (Woodstock, GA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 0-2. Woodstock lost 37-34 in their recent non-league test against Pope (Marietta, GA)
