September 5, 2025: Bigelow, AR 72016 The Mayflower Eagles football squad scored 48 points and limited the host Bigelow Panthers to 7 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to England for a non-league game on Friday, September 12. Mayflower will face a Lions team coming off a 46-16 non-league loss to Drew Central (Monticello, AR). The Lions record now stands at 1-1.
The Panthers (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Perryville (Perryville, AR). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Perryville was ripped by Hector (Hector, AR), 26-20, in a non-league outing.
