The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Granite Hills Cougars (Apple Valley, CA) and the host Kaiser Cats (Fontana, CA), witnessed Granite Hills's football squad prevail over Kaiser by a final score of 37-14.

With the win, Granite Hills advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Hawthorne (Hawthorne, CA) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, September 12. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Hawthorne lost 58-6 in their recent non-league bout against Dominguez (Compton, CA)

The Cats now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Claremont for a non-league bout on Friday, September 12. Kaiser will encounter a Wolfpack team coming off a 22-13 non-league win over Alta Loma (Alta Loma, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-0.
