The Porterville Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Morro Bay Pirates to 1 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now possess a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to Santa Maria for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Porterville will play a Saints team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Nipomo (Nipomo, CA). The Saints record now stands at 2-4.
