The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the National Trail Blazers (New Paris, OH) and the host Bethel Bees (Tipp City, OH), observed National Trail's football squad edge Bethel by a count of 19-12.

The Blazers now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Tri-Village for a Cross County contest on Friday, September 13. National Trail will play a Patriots squad coming off a 19-12 non-league loss to Dixie (New Lebanon, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Bees play the Tri-County North Panthers (Lewisburg, OH) in a Cross County contest, on Friday, September 13. Bethel will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 29-12 non-league loss to Dayton Christian (Miamisburg, OH).
