Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI) and the host Regina (Warren, MI), saw Walled Lake Northern's volleyball squad nudge Regina by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Walled Lake Northern improves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Knights travel to St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI) to encounter the Eaglets in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. The Eaglets go into the battle with a record of 4-4. St. Mary's Prep won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Bishop Foley (Madison Heights, MI)

The now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lutheran North for a Catholic - AA battle on Wednesday, September 10. Regina will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Shrine Catholic (Royal Oak, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-2.
