Nebraska High School Softball - Polk County bounces Twin River
September 7, 2021: Stromsburg, NE 68666 Polk County Slammers (Stromsburg, NE) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Twin River Titans (Genoa, NE), 12-2 in a league challenge.
The Slammers now own a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ord for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 9. Polk County will battle a Chanticleers squad coming off a 14-2 league loss to St. Paul (St. Paul, NE). The Chanticleers record now stands at 0-9.
