Washington High School Football - Prairie thwarted by Ridgefield
September 8, 2025: Vancouver, WA 98662 Ridgefield Spudders (Ridgefield, WA) followers went home in high spirits Monday as they observed their football squad thwart the host Prairie Falcons (Vancouver, WA), 28-12 in a non-league match.
The Spudders (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Montesano (Montesano, WA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Montesano defeated La Center (La Center, WA), 38-6, in a non-league match.
The Falcons now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Washougal for a non-league battle on Monday, September 15. Prairie will play a Panthers team coming off a 21-12 non-league win over Mountain View (Vancouver, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.
