September 8, 2025: Huntingtown, MD 20639 Huntingtown Hurricanes (Huntingtown, MD) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Huntingtown upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Westlake (Waldorf, MD) to play the Wolverines in a Southern Maryland outing on Wednesday, September 10. The Wolverines come into the outing with a record of 0-0.
With the loss, McDonough drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rams host Northern (Owings, MD) to play the Patriots in a non-league game on Wednesday, September 10. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 0-0.
