Missouri High School Football - Eureka sneaks past Marquette
September 9, 2024: Chesterfield, MO 63017 The Eureka Wildcats football squad scored 16 points and limited the host Marquette Mustangs to 14 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wildcats now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hazelwood Central for a non-league test on Monday, September 16. Eureka will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 40-6 non-league win over Lafayette (Wildwood, MO). The Hawks record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Marquette drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Pattonville (Maryland Heights, MO) to meet the Pirates in a non-league test on Monday, September 16. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 1-1. Pattonville lost 50-0 in their recent non-league test against Kirkwood (Kirkwood, MO)
