September 9, 2025: Middlesboro, KY 40965 North Laurel Jaguars (London, KY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Middlesboro Yellowjackets (Middlesboro, KY), 5-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, North Laurel moves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY) to meet the Rockets in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 0-6. Rockcastle County lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Model (Richmond, KY)
The Yellowjackets now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Union County for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Middlesboro will meet a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fulton (Knoxville, TN). The Patriots record now stands at 5-1.
