Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Battle Creek Braves (Battle Creek, NE) and the visiting Ponca Indians (Ponca, NE), observed Battle Creek's volleyball team hold off Ponca by a count of 3-2.

The Braves (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Norfolk Catholic (Norfolk, NE). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Norfolk Catholic got by Lutheran-Northeast (Norfolk, NE), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
