New York High School Basketball - Byron-Bergen crushes Wheatland-Chili

Byron-Bergen Bees (Bergen, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wheatland-Chili Wildcats (Scottsville, NY), 71-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Byron-Bergen upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Bees travel to Kendall (Kendall, NY) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-5.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Alexander Trojans (Alexander, NY) in a Section 5 Genesee County I bout, on Tuesday, January 8. Wheatland-Chili will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 68-54 non-league win over Wheatland-Chili (Scottsville, NY).
