The Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC) varsity basketball team lost Friday's home conference game against Spencerville Adventist Academy (Spencerville, MD) by a score of 50-31.
The Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets (Spencerville, MD) basketball felled the host Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC), 50-31 in Friday's league test.
The Hornets (18-7) will now prepare for their test against Washington International (Washington, DC). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 5-8 record.
The Eagles now own a 13-9 record. They play next when they host Smith Jewish Day School for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 19. Model Secondary School for the Deaf will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 57-46 league win over Washington Christian Academy (Olney, MD). The Lions record now stands at 6-5.
