My Sophmore DAC tournament highlights. My name is Jj Banek-Gabelle and I am a junior. I am 5'11" and I weigh 178 pounds.
I go to Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal and I have a 3.0-3.5 GPA.
Last season, I was number two player on the team. I was 6-3 for singles and 5-4 for doubles. I was also recognized as First Team all-conference and was given Coach's Award. I was born in West Africa, Sierra Leone. I lost both my biological parents at an early age of six which was a hard time for me. Soccer helped me get through the pain until I was adopted by my new parents who taught me a new sport which was tennis at age 8. This sport helped me get closer to my new parents. Ever since I hit the tennis ball, I fell in love with the sport. Every time I'm agitated or need some air, all I do is go outside and practice some serves. If not really with a couple of my friends.
