Paige Lay has been named player of the year. "Paige was the lone returning letter winner from the 2011 team. She played her 4th position of her career this season. She was a hitter in past season and took on setting as a senior. She was also our top middle hitter. Paige lead the team in assists, and blocks while finishing 3rd in kills. Paige was our captain and did a wonderful job. Her hard work and positive attitude both on and off the court makes her a great role model. Paige is ranked #1 in her class and also excels at track. Congrats to Paige on an outstanding career both academically and athletically at AHS."
