The Clay City Eels basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Liberty Christian Lions to 55 in the Eels non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eels now possess a 26-2 record. They play next when they travel to Orleans for a non-league game on Saturday, March 22. Clay City will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 56-47 non-league win over Christian Academy (New Albany, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 22-4.
With the loss, Liberty Christian falls to 18-9 on the campaign.
