Indiana High School Basketball - Pike Central holds off Tell City
In Friday's league contest, the visiting Pike Central Chargers basketball team scored a close 43-40 triumph over the Tell City Marksmen.
The Chargers (3-17) will now prepare for their contest against Washington (Washington, IN). The Hatchets go into the Pocket contest with a 8-10 record. In their last contest, Washington nipped Tecumseh (Lynnville, IN), 68-55, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Marksmen confront the Southridge Raiders (Huntingburg, IN) in a Pocket contest, on Saturday, February 14. Tell City will attempt to better on its 2-17 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 9-9 record after their 47-34 league win over North Posey (Poseyville, IN).
