The South Ripley Raiders basketball team (Versailles, IN), dropped 45-28 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Southwestern Rebels (Hanover, IN)

The Rebels (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Rising Sun (Rising Sun, IN). The Shiners come into the Ohio River Valley challenge with a 7-11 record. In their last challenge, Rising Sun defeated Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN), 59-57, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Switzerland County Pacers (Vevay, IN) in a Ohio River Valley challenge, on Saturday, January 24. South Ripley will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Pacers come into the challenge with a 9-12 record after their 73-67 league loss to Shawe Memorial (Madison, IN).
