Colorado High School Basketball - Erie can't hold off Berthoud
January 26, 2018: Berthoud, CO 80513 The Berthoud Spartans basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Erie Tigers to 65 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Skyline for a 4A Tri-Valley contest on Tuesday, January 30. Berthoud will battle a Falcons team coming off a 57-28 league loss to Holy Family (Broomfield, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 6-9.
The Tigers (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO). The Rangers enter the non-league contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Lewis-Palmer nudged Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO), 86-41, in a league contest.
