In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Picayune Maroon Tide baseball team scored a tight 14-9 victory over the Harrison Central Red Rebels.

The Maroon Tide (7-8) will now prepare for their game against North Pike (Summit, MS). The Jaguars go into the 5A Region 7 game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, North Pike was overwhelmed by Madison Central (Madison, MS), 7-3, in a non-league game.
