Segerstrom Jaguars (Santa Ana, CA) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Godinez (Santa Ana, CA), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Jaguars battle the Westminster Lions (Westminster, CA) in a Golden West match, on Friday, September 23. Segerstrom will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 3-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Pacifica (Garden Grove, CA).

With the loss, Godinez drops to 6-6 on the campaign. The travel to Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA) to meet the Seahawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 20.
