September 21, 2018: Laurel, MS 39443 The Forest Hill Patriots football team (Jackson, MS), was beaten 21-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host West Jones Mustangs (Laurel, MS)
The Mustangs (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Natchez (Natchez, MS). The Bulldogs come into the 5A Region 3 challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Natchez achieved victory over Wingfield (Jackson, MS), 28-7, in a league challenge.
The Patriots now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host South Jones for a 5A Region 3 challenge on Friday, September 28. Forest Hill will meet a Braves team coming off a 42-20 league loss to Laurel (Laurel, MS). The Braves record now stands at 3-4.
