The Gering Bulldogs routed the visiting Wheatland Bulldogs basketball team by a final score of 46-18 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the McCook Bison (McCook, NE) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 7. Gering will attempt to move on its 9-8 season record. The Bison enter the game with a 9-9 record after their 56-48 league win over Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE).
