January 26, 2018: Charleston, SC 29414 The Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes basketball team (Summerville, SC), was toppled 43-33 in Friday's league battle with the host West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC)
The Wildcats now possess a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wando for a AAAAA Region VII battle on Saturday, January 27. West Ashley will confront a Warriors team coming off a 60-47 league win over Summerville (Summerville, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 12-5.
The Swamp Foxes (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against Stratford (Goose Creek, SC). The Knights come into the AAAAA Region VII battle with a 2-16 record. In their last battle, Stratford was toppled by James Island (Charleston, SC), 43-31, in a league battle.
