California High School Basketball - El Cajon Valley nips Valhalla

February 11, 2020: El Cajon, CA 92019

El Cajon Valley Braves (El Cajon, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA), 57-52 in a league bout.

With the win, El Cajon Valley upgrades its record to 15-10 on the season. The Braves host Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA) to play the Monarchs in a Grossmont - Valley bout on Friday, February 14. The Monarchs go into the bout with a record of 13-14. Monte Vista won 39-38 in their recent league bout against Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA)

Next up, the Norsemen play the Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) in a Grossmont - Valley bout, on Friday, February 14. Valhalla will attempt to better on its 3-16 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 2-19 record after their 51-26 league loss to Santana (Santee, CA).
