The Warrenton Warriors basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Portland Christian Royals to 39 in the Warriors league victory on Monday.
The Warriors now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host De La Salle North Catholic for a 3A Lewis & Clark contest on Wednesday, February 7. Warrenton will battle a Knights team coming off a 64-34 league win over Putnam (Milwaukie, OR). The Knights record now stands at 16-13.
The Royals (10-13) will now prepare for their contest against Portland Adventist Academy (Portland, OR). The Cougars come into the 3A Lewis & Clark contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Portland Adventist Academy dropped by Riverdale (Portland, OR), 50-49, in a league contest.
