The Windber Ramblers basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Blacklick Valley Vikings to 48 in the Ramblers league triumph on Friday.

The Ramblers now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Portage for a Western Pennsylvania - Northern contest on Tuesday, January 16. Windber will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 65-49 league loss to Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-7.

The Vikings (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Salisbury Elk Lick (Salisbury, PA). The Elks enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record.
