In Friday's league game, the Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) football team were victorious over the host Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC), by a score of 20-7.

The Huskies (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Stuart Cramer (Belmont, NC). The Storm come into the Big South 3A game with a 3-7 record. In their last game, Stuart Cramer was knocked off by Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC), 36-35, in a league game.

The Jaguars now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kings Mountain for a Big South 3A game on Friday, November 1. Forestview will meet a Mountaineers team coming off a 56-0 league win over Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Mountaineers record now stands at 8-1.
