Tennessee High School Baseball - Gordonsville gets by Sale Creek
May 20, 2022: Gordonsville, TN 38563 Gordonsville Tigers (Gordonsville, TN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Sale Creek Panthers (Sale Creek, TN), 11-9 in a non-league test.
With the win, Gordonsville upgrades its record to 24-12 on the season. The Tigers travel to Peabody (Trenton, TN) to battle the Golden Tide in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 24. The Golden Tide come into the test with a record of 21-10. Peabody won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Booker T. Washington (Memphis, TN)
With the defeat, Sale Creek falls to 29-7 on the season.
