In Tuesday's league outing, the Valley Christian Lions (Roseville, CA) basketball squad edged the host Faith Christian Lions (Yuba City, CA), by a count of 71-66.

The Lions (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Sacramento Adventist (Carmichael, CA). The Capitals go into the outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Sacramento Adventist held off Buckingham Charter (Vacaville, CA), 54-43, in a league outing.
