Arizona High School Football - Chaparral victorious over Desert Mountain

August 24, 2018: Scottsdale, AZ 85253

In Friday's non-league match, the host Chaparral Firebirds football squad scored a good 35-16 victory over the Desert Mountain Wolves.

In their next game, the Firebirds clash with the La Joya Community Fighting Lobos (Avondale, AZ) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 31. Chaparral will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Fighting Lobos enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 69-0 non-league win over Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ).

The Wolves (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Fairfax (Laveen, AZ). The Stampede enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Fairfax was toppled by Marana (Tucson, AZ), 26-0, in a non-league match.
