Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Omaha Northwest Huskies (Omaha, NE), 6-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Omaha Central upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Eagles host Bryan (Omaha, NE) to battle the Bears in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 3. The Bears come into the test with a record of 4-4. Bryan won 11-6 in their recent non-league test against Omaha South (Omaha, NE)

With the defeat, Omaha Northwest falls to 1-4 on the season. The Huskies host Lincoln (Lincoln, NE) to battle the Links in a non-league test on Monday, April 2. The Links come into the test with a record of 3-5. Lincoln lost 11-1 in their recent non-league test against Burke (Omaha, NE)
