In Saturday's league match, the visiting Shelby-Rising City Huskies basketball team scored a good 43-26 triumph over the Meridian Mustangs.

In their next game, the Huskies meet the Centennial Broncos (Utica, NE) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 8. Shelby-Rising City will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record.
