Washington High School Football - King's felled by Granite Falls
October 11, 2019: Granite Falls, WA 98252 In Friday's league game, the Granite Falls Tigers (Granite Falls, WA) football team were victorious over the visiting King's Knights (Seattle, WA), by a score of 16-7.
The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Sultan (Sultan, WA). The Turks come into the 1A/2A/2B North Sound game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Sultan was knocked off by Mountlake Terrace (Mountlake Terrace, WA), 41-12, in a non-league game.
The Knights now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cedar Park Christian for a 1A/2A/2B North Sound game on Friday, October 18. King's will meet a Eagles team coming off a 14-7 league win over South Whidbey (Langley, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
