The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV) and the host Sherman Tide (Seth, WV), saw Ripley's volleyball squad beat Sherman by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Ripley upgrades its record to 18-8 on the year. The Vikings travel to Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 12. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-5.
