With the win, Monta Vista upgrades its record to 19-1 on the year. The Matadors travel to St. Ignatius (San Francisco, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 7. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-1. St. Ignatius lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Valley Christian (San Jose, CA)
