The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) and the visiting Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC), saw Lake Norman Charter's lacrosse team top Porter Ridge by a margin of 17-1.

The Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Raptor enter the Conference 15 challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Mountain Island Charter was overwhelmed by Mooresville (Mooresville, NC), 11-10, in a non-league challenge.
