Mississippi High School Basketball - New Albany thwarts East Union
January 11, 2019: Blue Springs, MS 38828 The New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, MS) basketball knocked off the host East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS), 69-57 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (13-7) will now prepare for their test against Ingomar (New Albany, MS). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 19-3 record. In their last test, Ingomar notched a victory over West Union (Myrtle, MS), 58-43, in a non-league test.
The Urchins now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Walnut for a 2A Region 1 test on Friday, January 18.
